4. Order Process & Approval

• We provide digital previews of embroidery and vector designs before final delivery.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production.
• Once a design is approved and delivered, no further changes can be made without additional charges.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All designs created by Mahi Digitizing are our intellectual property unless specified otherwise.
• Customers purchasing a digitized design receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for embroidery purposes.
• Customers purchasing vector artwork can use it for printing, branding, or other applications but cannot resell or redistribute the design.

5.2 Customer-Provided Artwork

• If you provide artwork for digitization, you must have the legal right to use it.
• We are not responsible for any copyright infringement claims related to customer-submitted designs.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full before the final delivery of designs or custom patches.

• Shipping delays due to third-party carriers are beyond our control.

9. Prohibited Activities

By using our website and services, you agree NOT to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell our digital designs or patches without permission.
• Submit illegal, copyrighted, or trademarked designs without proper authorization.
